We bet you haven’t had Detroit Style Pizza before, so here’s a quick lesson. Square, not round. White cheese from Wisconsin, but not mozzarella. Thick, but not deep dish. Crunchy, but airy. Thick signature sauce applied on top. That’s it. One bite and you’ll realize NY and Chicago have better PR, but not better pizza.
